3. Purchasing Service Plans
When you purchase a service or maintenance plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing
Pricing and services are subject to change based on scope or requirements

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Emergency and last-minute requests may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for:
Providing safe, unobstructed access to equipment
Disclosing any known issues or risks
Ensuring employees, food, and equipment are protected or removed during cleaning
Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal or added charges.
